Mandate:
The Wells and Area Community Association exists to be an umbrella organization which represents the interests and needs of the Community of Wells and surrounding area, to cooperate with other community groups in the area on projects of mutual interest, and to undertake projects and support activities that make Wells a more resilient and viable place to live.
Current Projects
Recycling Depot
WAACA manages the contract for the Wells Recycling Depot.
Community Garden
Our community garden, located on Sanders Ave, has indoor and outdoor beds available.
Playgroup
The drop-in playground meets once a week on Tuesdays at the school.
Previous Projects
Huckleberry Daycare
WAACA operated the Huckleberry Daycare from 2014-2019.

Wells Farmers Market
The Wells Farmers Market operated in the Willow River pavilion from 2016-2018.
Pickleball
WAACA supported the grant to purchase Pickleball equipment, and still supports the bi-weekly drop-in pickleball at the Community Hall.
